As promised yesterday, here are some more of the cards I have created with my July My Paper Pumpkin Kit, and I am not done yet. I still have several pieces of the kit available to use.
The only extra product I used was silver encore ink on the first one. On the second one, I used Pool Party cardstock and a heart punch, using the left over sticker paper from the kit.
Remember, everything you need to complete the projects shown in the kit, except the scissors and adhesive are include in each one.
Only a few days left to try this great product at 50% off. Click on the picture in the right hand column and enter the promo code HALFOFF2, then fill out your information. That is all there is to it!! I really hope you will join me so we can create projects together.
Have a great day and thanks so much for stopping by!

MPP bonanza!
Seriously, there is soooo much stuff in these Paper Pumpkin Kits. I wanted to share a few more cards with you, created with the July Paper Pumpkin Kit.
I LOVE this new size of note card (at least new for me). It is actually a standard 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" card base, cut in half, so you can create FOUR from a sheet of 8 1/2" x 11 cardstock. Or if you purchase the cut and ready card bases, just cut them in half creating a 4 1/4" x 2 3/4" card. Here are a few of mine:
I did use some of my retired Designer Series Paper on some of these. Other wise it all came from the kit. And I still have product left over. I will share some standard size cards tomorrow from the same kit, AND still product left to play with!)
Time is running out, though, for the wonderful promotion going on. Sign up now for 50% off your first two month's kits. Where else can you get this much product and FUN for less than $10 a month to try it? Then if you choose to continue with your subscription, it is still less than $20 a month. I really hope you will give it a try, AND if you sign up right here by midnight (mountain time) on Saturday, July 26, I will send you a special thank you! (Like your kits, it will be another surprise arriving in your mailbox.)
Have a really great day and thanks so much for stopping by!

July 2014 Paper pumpkin sample
Have I mentioned how much I LOVE the new My Paper Pumpkin Kit????
Here is a sample using JUST what is in the kit (which can be seen on my previous post).
And here is one using one of the boxes. I did add some Elegant Eggplant cardstock:
For this project, I snipped off the small flap on the lid. If you undo the bottom, you can lie it flat to store, then mail. Here's a TIP: See the string that is on the front tag? I inked it up by running it across the ink pad, covering it with wax paper (good idea, huh?) Not the tip though. Here it is: LET it DRY before trying to tie it on to the tag!!! Let's just say my impatience caught up with my hands, and I might as well have omitted the wax paper in the first step :) .
Here is a stepped up sample:
and the inside:
I had some retired DSP that had this Pool Party design in it. I know it is hard to see, but I stamped the phrase YOU WERE HERE in silver ink on the "ribbon". On the cover, the word WISH is placed across the ribbon.
Okay, one more sample:
Again using items from the kit, plus some retired DSP, and Stippled Blossoms stamp set with Rich Razzleberry. AND I still have a lot of product left from my kit.
Want to give it a try???? Use the promo code HALFOFF2 and sign up HERE to receive the next kit coming out is August. Satisfaction is ALWAYS guaranteed, so what have you got to lose?
I would love to here your comments and if you have any questions, just let me know.
Have a great day and thanks so much for stopping by!!!

Non-SU Christmas in July
Warning::: The only thing from Stampin' Up on this card is the card stock, ink and greeting stamp! Oh, and some of the punches. I KNOW....how shocking, but sometimes I just have to be a rebel! :)
First, let me tell you that the inspiration came from KittieKraft. She has some wonderful samples on her blog and I could play all day there! This card was very time consuming, but I hope you will agree, SO worth it. My only problem now is, who will I send it to, or just keep it for myself??????
Anyway, here are some of the details. I stamped the window on the inside of the card, cuz I wanted this to be the "outside", then cut out the windows. I used a lighter ink marker to color the stamp just around the windows to stamp on the card cover.
I punched out a lot of branches and glued them to a bare tree die cut. The die also includes the presents, candy canes, ginger bread men, and bow. I LOVE IT! It includes a star, too, but I wanted a larger one, so used one from the Itty Bitty Accents Punch Set. I also punched out some circles and decorated my tree. Had to have it look nice on the "outside" too, so did a little bit on the back of the tree, also. The cat dies are another fun goodie that I purchased.
The curtain is just a strip of card stock punched with the border punch and run through a crimper.
I hope you enjoyed this and thank you so much for stopping by!!

Wisteria Wonder
As some of you well know, this is NOT one of my favorite colors, but I really like how this one turned out! (So why purchase, if I don't like it??? Because I sacrifice for those I care about :)! ) LOL.
I do have a couple of people that I send cards to that LOVE this color more than I dislike it, so, there you go.
All of the little flowers are punches that I attached and added a gold center to, with dazzles. The mats were created using the same color of ink as the card stock, referred to as "tone on tone". I like to use this a lot. I think it adds a small amount of elegance to any project.
The white mat, I used the same ink on the raised portion on my embossing folder, just wiping the pad across it lightly, then adding the card stock and running it through the Big Shot. I just used a darker ink to stamp the butterfly, then cut it out.
To add a bit more dimension, I folded up the butterfly wings and used a small like of Tombow glue on just the body. The flowers, I place on my piercing mat and used the large end of the scoring tool to press the center of the flower into the mat, and attached with a drop of the glue.
Hope you enjoy this project and give it a try. Thanks for stopping by!
OHHHHH, and don't forget, today is the last day to sign up to receive the July My Paper Pumpkin kit. Can't wait to see what it is!!!!!

Music Notes for you
Hope everyone had a safe and fun fourth of July. We had rain here, so postponed our light show til the next night. Did have friends and a great meal together before the weather came in on us, so it was still a fun evening, just cut short.
I covered the whole mat piece with the music notes(retired wheel), then added the white mat to the top of that. I ran just the end through my Fancy Fan embossing folder for the edge, then used the writing tip of my marker to add the lines and "stitches" to the bottom portion. I then added a bit of ribbon to cover the edge and added my sentiment from the Apothecary Art stamp set.
This could be done in any of your favorite colors and for any sentiment. I hope you will give it a try, because it really is fast and simple (two of my favorite words for card making!! )
Hope you have a great day and thanks SO much for stopping by!!

June Paper Pumpkin
There are SO many pieces in the June Paper Pumpkin kit (enough for 24, yes, 24 pinwheels!!!), that I had thought to offer a class with it. Well, that was a great idea til some of my family members saw it and decided it would be fun to create, too!!!
I have to admit that I wasn't really on board with this idea when it first came out. I haven't had a lot of good experiences with kits, whether through the mail or purchasing in the store. This kit has turned me around and I have several more ideas to play with! I wanted to share a couple of the projects that I created with this kit.
My granddaughter was celebrating her birthday, so we made cookies and used the kit to make them even better! Some of the ones she celebrated with were rather small so I didn't want to use anything that they might put in their mouth, so I used glue dots to put the pinwheel together only! I took one of the banners in the kit, folded it at an angle and used two of the stamps in the kit, then attached a glue dot to the center of the pinwheel. How fun is this!!!
Here is another project that was shown on an SU video using one of the precut pinwheels and manipulating it into a bow! Hey, this would be great for the hair on July 4th, too!!!
I hope you will look at Paper Pumpkin kits and if you already have, try them again. I don't think you will be disappointed!! Click on the picture to the right and please list me as your demonstrator. I would sooooo appreciate it! Remember you can skip a month or cancel at any time.
