One of the joys of moving to a very rural area is, first, finding an internet service, then actually getting it to work. That has been the problem for the last couple of days, so hopefully this will work long enough to finish posting here.
I know this is past due, but I will keep it in my card file for next year and will have a head start.
The card base is Night of Navy and the ribbon and bow are actually two ribbons. I died the organza ribbon, using a sponge dauber and Night of Navy ink, then added the stitched ribbon on top of that. Just another simple card that I hope you will try. The technique could be used with any situation, not just the Fourth of July.
