Mini cup and holder

Some days, one just has to share more than one idea! This is one of those days, so hope you don't mind! I think these are sooooo cute and plan to make several for gifts!

The cups and lids can be purchased HERE, And you can find a template to download for the cup HERE. Just scroll down to the bottom of the post. For the lid, I just trimmed the band down to 1/4". I used sticky strip on the cup piece and glue on the band to make it permanent, but still be able to position it as I go. the lid is cut from the third smallest circle framelit. I decorated it with punches and used retired stamps and DSP on this project.

Here are the instructions for my single cup holder:

Cardstock: 8" x 7 1/4" (decorated as desired with stamps or DSP)

With 7 1/4" side to the top of score board, score @ 1/4", 2 ½" , 4 3/4", 7"

With 8" side to the top of the score board, score @ 4 ½" and 6 3/4"

Cut away pieces to create this shape: (Only the center block is left on the top,

which will create the back to the tote.)

The middle side flaps need to be cut down to 1 1/4" and tapered on the sides. These will add stability to the holder.

Crease all folds and attach sticky tape to the 1/4" tabs. Fold this around the side flap and attach to the inside of the back. (You may need/want to glue the inside flaps to the outside, depending on the size of your tapered cuts, which can make them loose.)

Create a mask using a post it note and your choice of punch. I used the large oval on this sample. Lie the mask on the back panel and punch for the handle.

If you have any questions, just let me know. Happy Creating!  Have a great day and thanks for stopping by!
