Thinking of You

Today's card is a thinking of you and not all SU, but I am sure that you will find something to use instead of the non-SU. I won't normally do this, but it was a rough weekend spent in the hospital, so I didn't get to play! I am back home and doing okay, right now, though.

So... on this card I used Apothecary Art (125525) and Beautiful Season (122680) stamp sets, Natural Ivory and Soft Suede cardstock, Soft Suede ink and marker, and the Apothecary Accents Framelits (127003) and Finishing Touches Edgelits (127010).

The background wasn't an SU folder, but I think that several of our folders would look nice, especially the Elegant Bouquet Folder (115964). The "thinking of you" was done with individual alphabet, similar to SU's Simply Serif Mini Alphabet (126360). There are so many great greeting stamps that would work, so check them out, starting on page 132 of the catalog, which you can access  from the right column.

A bit hard to see, but I "roughed up" the edges a little, using the Sanding Block (124304), and curled the one corner.

Again, I hope you all have a great week and thank you so much for stopping by my blog!

  1. Lovely new blog! I am glad you are feeling well. This card is lovely. Love the soft look and the distressing you did of the edges. I like the clean lines of your blog and how easy it is to read. (I have a hard time with busy dark background ones.. I have had my blog since March, and have been having a blast. Enjoy the ride!
